It is a small restaurant on Market Square in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. I took the picture early on a Saturday morning before lunch was served.
What a charming dining spot! I agree with Joyce: A place (and people) I’d love to patronize.

It does look like such a great place to take the dog for a walk and to stop for a coffee. We need more places like that.
